To keep things short, I wanted to point out that there are 2 different versions
of the "pay gap" being discussed in society these days.

One is real, the other is feminist propaganda.
IE: www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_sGn6…

Pay Gap Version #1: Women are being PAID less. (Myth)
Pay Gap Version #2: Women are EARNING less. (Reality)

Aside from the fact we've had the "equal pay act" for a loooooooooong time now.
Women (as a gender) simply make different life choices than men and choose
to work less hours. (on average women work 4-6 hours a week less, than their
male counterparts).

This is essentially the root of the "real" pay gap.

Of course, this begs the question: why would women choose to work less?
*Simply look around at society and you'll see some interesting things.

1. Pregnancy:
A women's income artificially decreases over the course of each of her pregnancies
due to working less hours overall.

*Her husband/boyfriend's income artificially increases due to working more hours
and/or getting a 2nd job to cover the difference in earnings and to start building
"savings" for necessities.

2. Divorce:
Ever heard of the "tender years doctrine"? Combo it along side a bias court system
and you'll find that women are 82% likely to get their kids in a divorce. This means
"free money" from the father, in terms of not only child support but also Alimony.

In states like California, women get "life time alimony".
**Free money until they remarry.

This means that men have to work longer hours and often pick up 2nd or 3rd jobs to
keep paying the "fixed amount" of child support (not even including alimony).

Meanwhile, women are free to work less hours because they have no such obligations
other than to spend the money they're given.

Ironically, many people didn't even find this a problem until a woman's (Halle Berry)
recent outburst about how "unfair" the child support system is.

(google it to know more)

3. Single Mothers (baby momas):
In simple terms, look up the "welfar state" and you'll see just how bad this is.

Essentially, women are getting free money from the government (our taxes) to take care
of their children. Of course, this free money is based off of their income and will be taken
away if they earn "too much".

If you've ever worked in retail or perhaps managed part time workers. You've prolly overheard
a conversation or been told by a female employee that she cannot work more than a certain
number of hours a week, otherwise she'll lose her "benefits".

These women are basically holding their children hostage and exploiting the system to pay
for their own carelessness.

If we don't give them free money, then the "innocent" child suffers, but of course that wont
stop these women from producing more and more children to prolong their "free ride" off of
other peoples tax money.

~~~~~~~~~
Anywho, looking at all of the above. Is it any wonder that women (as a gender) choose to
EARN less than men do?
If you wanna see something really screwed up, you should look into the details about feminism
and other political parties that're basically making this, one giant vicious circle... where they're
propagating the "problem" by misleading its "source". Thus allowing them to further create
unfair/bias laws that punish men and favor women.
IE: Affirmative action.
Personally, I think these men and women that support such bias don't understand
that Equality of opportunity =/= Equality of outcome.
People should be free to make their own decisions, even if you do not "personally"
agree with them.
To open discussion and support the truth!
Maybe I'm just bias but in case 3, sometimes they just need the money to feed and clothe their child(ren).
Edit: Heck and case 2 too.
I mean I'm sure a lot of women exploit the system, but in some cases it really is just the man had a mid-life crisis, racked up her and the child in debt, then ran as soon as he realized he had to pay them back.
